TUSC is not founded by one person but by a couple, Disha Kherde (F) and Mishaal Sanchla (M). Both originally come from India and completed their engineering studies in Germany at the Aachen University of Applied Sciences.

Mishaal and Disha have their own leather factory in India. Both have years of experience in manufacturing leather bags and accessories. Her German friends and acquaintances found out about it. Whenever they traveled to India, their friends would ask them to bring leather wallets, bags or accessories. Mishaal and Disha generously gave leather bags and accessories to their friends and colleagues whenever they returned from India. In return, they received lots of love and compliments on the bags. One day one of their friends suggested that they should consider selling these products in Germany and that's when the chain of thought started.

They realized how difficult it was to find a durable yet affordable and fashionable vintage bag that could be used for everyday use. This is how the TUSC brand was conceived. Germany is the birthplace of the TUSC brand and was founded in 2017.
